Can You Say ‘Global Warming’?
Well, I’m sure there are no politicians reading this that need help forming the words “Global Warming” and feeling the ecological pain, but I need to rant a bit.
Here I sit in New Jersey on January 5 at 12:30 in the afternoon. It’s 61 degrees. That’s just not right.
I hear people almost every day saying “Boy, we’re getting off easy this winter, aren’t we?” like it’s a GOOD thing.
We’re hitting record highs here in the Northeast and I have yet to see a snowflake this winter. That’s just not right.
I want to urge everyone to educate yourself more about this and insist that our politicians and industry leaders TAKE THEIR HEADS OUT OF THE SAND!!!! (edited for mature, vulgar language)

My husband received the book An Inconvenient Truth by Al Gore for Christmas and it’s just heartbreaking. To see the pictures of what is projected to happen to our coastlines and islands is appalling. If Greenland and Antartica continue melting, the World Trade Center Memorial will be under water.
Please, please, please - if you do nothing else - spend 10 minutes on the Stop Global Warming web site and ask yourself what you can do!
