 Hello!
My name is Joy Slaughter, and I am the owner of A Capital Solution.
I hope you are finding answers to any questions you
may have. If not, please do not hesitate to contact me.
A Little History
I started A Capital Solution in April of 2002 after
spending more than 20 years working in various industries and position
such as bank teller to Operations Manager for an industrial parts and
service distributor.
It was in my capacity as Operations Manager that I came
to know and observe many salespeople who either did not have an office,
or did not have a secretary or administrative assistant. They were often
frustrated by requests from management or their customers to perform tasks
that they either did not know how to do, or tasks that were extremely
time consuming and took away from their productive day. I saw a need that
I wanted to fill.
After much consideration and planning, I launched A
Capital Solution.
Now
As a small business owner myself, I have my experience
and insight and can be strategic in marketing, advertising, billing, and
much more. Rather than clients or customers, I prefer to think in terms
of business partners.
With a strong background in sales and customer service,
I know the importance of going the extra mile to increase the satisfaction
of customers and clients. In a world where many believe the art of customer
service is lost, I am determined to make a difference. With these strong
roots, I truly feel I can offer innovative ways to improve your business.
Personal
I share my home life with a husband, his two children,
one dog and one cat. We live in a wonderful old house that was built prior
to the Civil War in a quaint little historic village in central New Jersey.
I like to garden, read, hike, and spend time in the Adirondack region
of upstate New York.
I have a use-less, re-use more approach in my personal
life as well as my business. Living a life that makes a small impact environmentally
is something I am passionate about. I am a vegetarian and enjoy learning
about the old traditional ways of health care and spirituality.
I believe in living each day to its fullest while respecting
all living beings.
I am an extremely optimistic person by nature and view
everything in life as an opportunity. My glass is always half full, and
I bring this enthusiasm into my business, and would certainly share that
with you.
